Shopping for beauty items is one of my favorites. This mama can spend hours at sephora swatching eyeshadows and trying on every nude lipstick there is. I have done some research and found some great beauty items, all different price range for the perfect beauty lover holiday gift.
Hot Couture has been my signature scent for years. Even though I have a good collection of perfumes, I always go back to this one. The scent is a mix of floral and fruity. It’s the ultimate feminine scent. What I love the most about this perfume is how long the scent actually last. I can still smell it hours later.
I am a It Cosmetic CC cream type of girl, but Erborian comes pretty close. I tired this cc cream when it came in my Sephora box a couple of months ago and loved it so much I had to buy the full size. This CC cream gives a natural finish base. Sometimes I use it as my foundation for minimal coverage and a nice glow.
Revlon One Step Hair Dryer Volumizer
This hair dyer has been the talk of instagram lately and I totally understand why. I decided to give in and see what all the buzz was about this hair tool. And I am sold. I have thick, long hair and usually have to rethink doing a blowout. A couple of years ago I switch hair dryers with the Dyson blow dyer, which I do love. But even that can’t compare to all the goodness Revlon One Step Volumizer. Easy to use, fast, and gives you the type of volume you only get with professionals. She will love this hair tool! Plus, its under $50!
Nude lipsticks are my thing. There is nothing like a nude lipstick. It matches any makeup look, outfit, and can be worn for any occasion or season. If you have a beauty lover in your holiday gift list that loves a good nude lipstick, this MAC Half ‘n Half is her gift. Has hints on pink to give you an overall glow.
MAC Up for Everything Lash Mascara
The holy grail of mascaras. Whether you have long or short lashes, this baby works. Gives you volume and length. Up for Everything mascara is long lasting and waterproof. The only thing I suggest with this mascara, specially if its a beauty gift is getting the cleansing oil! Otherwise you’ll have mascara on for days!!
Nars Blush in Dolce Vita – Dusty Rose
I am such a fan of blush. Even if I am going for a minimalist look, mama needs to add some color to her cheeks. Otherwise I look yellow #truestory. I recently picked this Nars Dolce Vita blush at sephora and I swear is addicting. Any beauty lover will love to receive this for holiday season. Has a beautiful yet settle rose color. Plus, its buildable so no worry about pigment being too strong from the start.
Fun fact, I have lip balms everywhere in my house. Bathroom, nightstand, kitchen, car… babes I even carry this jug in my purse. The thought of having dry lips cringes my insides. There isn’t a lip balm I love as much as Laneige Sleeping Mask. So smooth and rich! Besides it smells AMAZING. A must gift item for sure.
MAC Cosmetics MAC Studio Fix Soft Matte Foundation Stick
I am not a stick foundation kind of girl. Every stick foundation I’ve tried as either been too hard to blend or minimal coverage to no coverage. MAC studio foundation stick is so easy to blend in. I would say it provides with a medium coverage, but can be buildable!
Kaja Lookin’ Like a Snack Must-Haves Collection
Okay two things… One I love sephora collections! Who’s with me? There is nothing like trying different products in one collection! Kaja is a new brand for me. I was obsesses with their blush this past summer so I’ve been curious trying this brand more. This collection includes eyeshadows, highlighter, blush, and a lip stain. I’ve already started using this kit and am pleased. Truly loving their eyeshadows! And lastly, who doesn’t want to look like a snack?
GlamGlow Supermud Clarifying Skin Set
I take my Sunday evenings as my spa days very serious. Any boss mom can say we need that one day, even if it’s just for a few hours to do something for ourselves. Once this kids go to bed, mama takes her sweet time giving my skin some love. Face mask are my guilty pleasure and Glam Glow has been my must have face mask products for years now. I love all of their face mask and use them for different reasons, but there’s nothing like the original charcoal clearing mask, specially for breakouts. I new item I’ve been loving from Glam Glow is their Oxygenating Deep Clean Paper Mask. You instantly feel it working into your skin even though you legit look creepy wearing it 😉 Must have set!
Lancome has been a skincare dream this past year for me. Originally I only knew about their top notch makeup products, like their foundation and mascara. Last year I received a similar set and have been in love with their products. Their Advance Genifique serum has to be the best serum ever. Any beauty lover will be thrilled to receive this set!
