Hi loves,
Today I have a thrift store shopping haul :-). I went to Plato’s closet and Clothes Mentor. Some people might not give thrift stores a chance, but I have some tips for you could use that can help you give it a shot.
-When you go to a thrift store have in mind you might be their a little longer, its not like going to forever 21 going to the dress section and picking up a dress.
-Look through everything.
-Set a price limit. There are times when you find an item and think you must be getting a deal, but if you can get the same style, same material, at target then step away. I personally set a limit of $13 for an item.
-Give the item a good view. Is it clean and up to your standard? (This is applies to buying things that are missing a button or too big. Unless you very crafty and can fix these problems, don’t waste your money).
-Check out the mannequin, they always have a super cute outfit already put together.
-Don’t buy something just because it’s $4 but doesn’t fit you. Stay within your price limit!
-Give it a good wash.
