Who knew there was such a thing as the cutest plaid top ever? Seriously though! I just love the detail in this top. It isn’t your typical plaid top for sure. The ruffles, bow, style, sold me right away. Such a statement makes you think “where can I wear this to?” This isn’t the typical plaid top you wear with leggings and combat boots. And even fashionista like us, go through thoughts like this. But those thoughts are silly. Fashion isn’t about whether or not you have somewhere to go, somewhere to be. Fashion is about how good you feel stepping out that door, going to an important executive meeting or strolling in Target! Plus, sometimes when you buy that special item you love, believe you me, you’ll find a place to go to 😉
We got this top for our store back in September part of our fall collection. Yes babes, I am super late in showing you guys it! But here it is! When it comes to buying merchandise, its always tricky wonder what will work for our customers and what won’t. We were a little scared about this top, but I think its one of those tops that is easy to love. Plaid will always be trendy, specially when its a unique piece like this! This top unfortunately sold-out in days, but I have linked similar cute plaid tops down below!
I styled this top with my favorite jeans at the moment, I have worn them 3 times this week! Don’t judge, I wash them guys 😉 I always go for my distressed jeans, but don’t know what kicked in. These are so classy, easy to style and so comfortable. I got them from Stitch Fix, but found the exact one (same brand) from Nordstrom.

That’s a gorgeous top! It’s so beautiful, the fit, the pattern, the shape, everything is so original and pretty. And it definitely looks amazing with jeans, such a statement has to be paired with something a bit toned down.
