Hi loves,
So much house prepping lately has left me and my hubby in much need of a datenight! There is so much going on and last mintue details that have left us completely spent!! We went out for dinner and drinks last Friday, made no stops at HomeGoods or HomeDepot, can’t remember the last time that happened. Even though we spend most of the night talking about it our home, it was still nice being away from the actual project. We’ve been building for about 3 years and to see it finally being (almost) complete is a refresher. All the heartaches, disagreements (we have two totally different styles), long nights, and literally planning out every single piece of the puzzle has been beyond exhausting. But to know this is where we will raise our kids and maybe one day a place where our grandkids can come visit makes this whole experience worth it.
Now back to some fashion….besides plaid, utility pants are my second must have item for fall! There are so many ways to style utility pants this fall, from a simple white tee and slip on sneakers to a denim top and booties. I went for a more chic and girly look with some heels and shades of pink! To style my utility pants for date night I picked this pink off the shoulder, bell sleeve bodysuit. I just love how this pink bodysuit softens up my look. Another reason I love this bodysuit is how it lays on your shoulders. Some off the shoulder tops can be annoying as heck, sometimes your out looking cute and as soon as you make any sudden arm movements they rise up your shoulders.
I added my floral bomber jacket I bought on clearance this past spring (similar link down below). The dark floral prints make this jacket prefect for this season, giving you great hints of colors. To continue my glam utility pants look, I went for these cute fringe heels since the weather has been nothing to complain about 🙂 Finished my look with a pair of gold hoops and a crossbody bag.
How do you style utility pants?
Have a great weekend,

I love everything about this look! It was such a good idea to pair the pink shirt with pink, ruffled heels. Also, the nude heels pair very nicely with your accessories. I could definitely see myself wearing this fall outfit.
Thank you for linking up this week!
