Hi loves,
I always try my best to maximize my wardrobe and try different looks. Some may think (more like my husband thinks) my wardrobe is like Cher from Clueless. And yes, I do have a lot of clothes (its my addiction), but not as much to wear something new every single day. I just don’t like repeating an outfit. Do you ever feel that way? I like to wear that specific top ten different ways, creating a brand new outfit each time. Now, there are times when I like an outfit just the way it is and wouldn’t change one item. This spring outfit has been my uniform lately, stripes and utility jackets. I have rocked this exact look so many times this season and each time I re-wear it, I love it all over again.
I’m sure I am not the only one that feels excited about stripes! They’re the “it” print for spring, creating the prefect look specially when you add a utility jacket into the mix 😉 If you have seen yesterday’s post, you’ll know I got this stripe tee from Garage while shopping if my daughter. I don’t usually shop at this store, since the style is more for younger girls. See, this is what happens when you identify a certain store too young for you. Immediately I was drawn to it, besides the stripes, the cold shoulder will be prefect for the warm weather! I was definitely hesitate to buy it, but I decided to size up and hope for the best. And babes it did not let me down. The fit is just what I like, not too tight, loose enough to tie a knot.
I paired this utility and stripe spring uniform with a pair of espadrilles and some embroidered jeans (similar option down below). I kept my jewelry sort of simple with some cool hoops and my favorite necklace at the moment. This monogram piece is prefect statement necklace without being too much!
What is your spring uniform?
The weekend is here! I need every bit of this weekend. My back has been super achy this week, making me the biggest cranky person in the morning. I swear regardless of which side or position I sleep on, I just can’t get comfortable enough to feel rested. I hope a heating pad and a chill weekend can recover it! Wish me luck, have a great weekend babes,

I’ve been challenging myself to stop categorizing shops that way. Just walk in and enjoy!! And surprisingly, I find a ton of stuff to buy (hmmm…maybe I should rethink it since it’s been bad on my wallet…ha ha!!)

Yes, I definitely feel that way. I challenge myself to recreate looks with pieces in my closet all the time, but it is sometimes exactly that, a challenge. There is something so classic about stripes and a utility jacket. Beautiful look, love those embroidered jeans.
