Must Have Winter Coats + WW Linkup

Happy Friday! Winter is finally here… Its 9 degrees as we speak! Coats is an essential for this time of the year, but finding the right one can be tricky. Who knew there are so many styles out there? I prefer to have different styles of coats depending on the occasion, but of course these purchases can break your bank. It took me years building my winter coat collection.

Fit & Flare

How cute is this fit and flare coat?? This is by far my favorite style I have seen this year! It has such a classy & polish look I just love and it is perfect for those petite girls like myself. It can be worn with basically everything in your closet, from the office dress to leggings and a tunic.

Print

I am very picky when it comes to print in my outwear. As you may know, I am a lover of prints and colors, but unlike a top… when it comes to picking out a coat, it has to be something you love as well as practical. As soon as my eyes caught a glismp of this baby… I needed it. Chateau Parka in Windowpane Check print coat is such a classic piece.

The “Everyday” Coat

We all have that one coat that we wear the most. Something practical. It has an added waist line which is never a bad thing. The color and fur gives off an edgy look and would look great with all those over the knee boots!

Wrap Coat

For those special occasion, my wrap coat is usually my pick! Not only is it a neutral color which can go with everything but it makes you look so posh.

Puffer

This style is one that I rarely like. Puffer coats don’t fit my petite bodies good, but this puffer coat is just right. It is very flattering to all body types and lets not forget… puffer coats are the most practical for this time of the year.

Bold Color

For years, I search for my right bold color coat. It makes a great statement piece and surprising can be worn with lots of different colors and styles. Besides, a couple of months into winter I am craving bright colors… gloomy days call for a bright color. I am still in search for a yellow peacoat, have any suggestion? Can I share a secret…. I have yet to began my Christmas shopping!! I’ve been pulling it off, that now I am 2 weeks away the stress is beginning to pile up. I am shopping over the weekend, wish me luck! Have a great weekend.
