Hi loves,
Sometimes I need a look that not only works for yoga, but a look I can keep rocking the rest of the day. I know what your thinking… ah gross! Your sweating and then your going straight to brunch? But babes, there are ways to go around this, ways where it isn’t “as gross”, because sometimes I just don’t have time to wash up and get all pretty. Call me lazy! If only there were more hours in a day to get everything done.
First, let me explain, when looking for workout clothes, I always look for breathable material. Spandex for example wicks sweat and drys super quick, because the last thing you want to do is walk around with sweat spots looking like a hot mess. This makes taking a look from yoga to brunch a bit easier! I also like to add some items in my gym bag to wear after my workout. These items makes me feel a bit more put together! If your usually on the go after yoga to meet the girls for brunch or maybe its Sunday and who cares about getting dressed to go to target… baby girl, here is the prefect look,
Chambray Button Down
A chambray button down is like my jacket. I feel by throwing one on before I leave, it puts this whole look together and makes it just a tiny bit dressier. I also like to cuff my sleeves.
Change your footwear
Change your running shoes for some converse or slip on sneakers!
Add Some Bling
Adding some type of jewelry makes me feel like I actually got ready. Usually, like those dainty pieces for a look like this.
Grab a Fun Bag
At the moment I don’t own any bold, fun bags that aren’t clutches or beach bags. Instead I went for a neutral bag and added a fun scarf!
What is your yoga to Bruch look? Do you incorporate any athliesure wear to your look?
I usually workout with a trainer, because I am that girl that goes to the gym and gets so overwhelmed with all the machines. You will find me in the treadmill, if thats the case. My trainer had advised me to either workout from home or try a new exercise class the days I don’t meet with him. I went for yoga for the its benefits and also because of how relaxing it can be. My brain is usually non-stop, having an hour to be in the moment and only concentrate on what I’m actually doing is huge!
I am still a newbie to yoga, what are some of your favorite? Aside Yin and Ariel yoga, which by the way is super fun, I would like to try different ones this way I don’t get bored. I’ve heard so much about hot yoga, everyone raves about it. Hot yoga isn’t one I feel too confident in trying. I give you so much credit if you take this class. I don’t think as I newbie I can handle all that hotness, just thinking about it is making me thirsty 😉

Nice and perfect looking outfit..
Yes to all of this. Life is busy and being flexible and easy about transitions is the key to staying in track without feeling overwhelmed. I am not a great yoga person, though I need to do deep stretching as I am getting older and my body is really hurting after intense runs and long runs. I have heard that hot yoga is great and also something that interests me is a piyo yoga. I’ve heard good things.

I think I am the only person I know that doesn’t love yoga. I feel like I can not calm my brain and it is on hyper drive. I do enjoy the stretching though. Hot yoga is definitely not something I am interested in! Love this workout look, those leggings are great !
