Fringe Sweatshirt

Hi loves,

Can you believe I probably own 2 sweatshirt? 2 and I live in upstate NY, you will think my closet will be at least 20% sweatshirts. But, nope! I honestly never been a huge fan of sweatshirts for two reasons. First reason is I feel like they are those items for working out or kinda like home wear. And I am sure we all have that outfit we only wear on those cold winter nights, but we won’t dare be caught wearing it to check our mail! My other reason is that I am just petite. If your a fellow petite girl, you know our frame can’t withstand bulkiness. It just can not happen! Nobody wants to look like a marshmallow walking around town 😉

Sometimes you have a certain attitude towards a particular item, because you never really found one that you like. So, maybe thats what happen here. Maybe I never truly found that sweatshirt I would want to wear over and over… and one that doesn’t make me look like a marshmallow! I’m all about that fun flirty look. I like prints, colors, my nudes and some flare to my look.

When we brought this sweatshirt to our store, instantly it became a hit. Yes, of course I thought it was cute, but didn’t really give it a try, personally. You never seen something you believe looks amazing on someone else, but not your? Well, that was me! It isn’t your usual basic sweatshirt, it has a bit of sass. I notice how cute girls really look wearing them and how it was one of those comfortable pieces you can wear and still look put together. So, I learned from my customers and tired this baby on and I was sold! It doesn’t overwhelm my frame as much as I thought it would. The fringe makes this sweatshirt unique, adding some definition to your look.

Wearing my white skinny jeans was a no brainer, makes my entire look more brighter and cheerful. Besides its been a couple of weeks since I’ve worn them (I’ve been trying to explore my closet more). Don’t judge, but I’ve worn them 3 times this week!!

And yes, I finished this look with some leopard action with these booties, because I wouldn’t be Mel if I didn’t add some animal print  😉
