Hi loves,
Last year I made a goal to be more active on my social media channels, because I was slacking big time! I decide to start my insta roundup as an inspiration to get the job done. A year after and I can gladly pat myself in the back! I have definitely improve my instagram game. I can now say I feel more comfortable sharing things with you guys, it kinda has become a norm. I’m still not a big time instagram blogger by any means. I don’t have a consistent color scheme, but I’ll get there!
Another reason I decided to tackle this goal was because I wanted to share more with you guys. Share outfits, shoes, or beauty items I just love and I’m sure you will too. I haven’t done an instagram roundup in a while but I am back! Unfortunately I won’t go back till April because that would be crazy, I’ll just start with my ootd since the 1st of January 🙂
Who can pass on a comfy outfit?… no one! And most definitely if it’s still snowing and cold as heck. I love this scarf cardi that will for sure keep you warm and cozy. I wore my leaopard print tunic underneath with some over the knee boots! My tunic is from our last years collection, but have link a pretty leopard dress that I think you’ll love!
There’s nothing like a tee shirt dress… am I right? I’ve had this dress in my wardrobe for years and it’s been a while since I took it for a spin. I kept this look really simple with some tall boots (similar option down below) and added some statement hoop earrings. These earrings are sold-out, but I want these white tassel pair!
Because I’m always all about that statement look!! I wore this pretty bell sleeve dress for date night. It’s comfy and not too tight when you just want to have some good comfort food! My favorite part about this dress is even though it’s bell sleeves, no need to worry about getting food all over them. 3/4 sleeves is the way to go! I put a bold necklace, faux fur vest (similar option below), and OTK boots!!
I wish I can show you in person how much I LOVE these pants, because it will receive an A+ in my book. Our Ponte pants, meaning they feel as comfortable as leggings, but can be worn as pants (with shorter tops) is a win-win. The very best part is the amazing tummy control it has. We all go through that time of the month when we get super bloated. They compress in a good way, reliving you from that all while keeping you looking cute! The only problems we have with these pants is the fact that they sell ASAP, literally before they hit the floor (which is always a good problem to have)! I paired it with a plaid top (sold-out, checkout a chocker style plaid down below), bomber jacket, and some booties (old, similar options below).
I love stripes and now I love peekaboo, cut-out elbows, who knew there was such thing? Basically I love basics pieces with a little twist!! I paired this metallic stripe top with a dark wash jean and my JustFab velvet blue booties. Since I am obsessed with these booties, I’ve linked a great pair down below! This is an easy, yet put together look you can throw on and go.
We don’t often celebrate Valentine’s Day for two reasons:
1. Why should there only be one day to celebrate how much you love someone?
2. We usually go away on vacation around this time.
Lucky for us, we had a sitter! Mama can’t remember what day it is and plans a babysitter thinking she has a work event. Why am I talking about myself in third person?… who knows! So we took advantage and went out for an early dinner. It’s pretty hard to see in this photo, but my body con dress is actually navy, not black with the cutest lace up details in the shoulders (sold-out, great option). Because I was feeling all types of fancy, I went with a long duster to work as a long coat. Finished my look with a pair of grey otk boots. Can you tell how much I’ve been loving otk boots this winter? 😉
Sometimes I need pure comfort and that’s what this look is all about. I would wear this look over and over if I could. First I have to talk about this bralette! Usually I wear them over my bra, because gravity exist (I’m sure all you ladies know exactly what I’m talking about). This bralette was recommended to me by Rachael from Threads for Thomas. She raved about it, so I had to give it a try! So glad I did, because they are amazing. Plus, how cute is this feather print top? Loving it! Can be worn on the shoulders or as a one shoulder. Paired it with white distress skinny jeans and slip on sneakers.
By now I am counting down the days to the weather is warm. So what do you do as you hopelessly wait for spring? Wear spring like looks and add some color to your outfit! This yellow boyfriend style plaid top is kinda doing the trick for me! Since it’s that loose boyfriend style, I left it open with a tank underneath. Finished the look with these olive Moto style leggings and nude booties!
How Merlot can you go? How stinking cute is this top?! For all my wine drinkers out there, you guys need this top. I’m all about graphic tees! Plus, you can get this top for only $20!! I love shopping for them as much as I love styling them. I wore this top with distressed jeans, booties, and a dress styled as a duster. Don’t you love when you can wear an item two completely different ways?

I like the bell sleeve dress, you can never really go wrong with them, I also like how you paired it with over the knee boots!
