Wearing Summer White 3 Ways

Summer is here! Even though I don’t need summer in order to wear white (mama wears it all year long). Yet, there’s something about a summer day that just looks better with a white outfit! I love creating different looks surrounding one item. I can honestly do this for a living 😉 The main piece that centers all these looks is a white bodysuit. Everyone has their go to white bodysuit or tee in their wardrobe, which helps in recreating these looks.

I took this challenge a bit further wearing shorts with all my 3 summer white looks. As I’ve mentioned before, summer is a time where this girl tends to go for one piece item. Dress? Yes! Rompers? Heck yes!! Maybe it’s the low key season that makes me go for a one piece suit where I don’t have to worry what to match it with. Lately, it’s been a whole different story. I’ve ben seeing so many looks on social media with shorts that I just became obsessed with them.

These shorts have been a favorite since I bought them for my trip to Hawaii. Besides the fact that they are so reasonably priced, but the fit is also major! It’s a girlfriend style which is a first for me when it comes to shorts. And since I love girlfriend jeans so much, I decided I needed this style in shorts. These babies are super comfy and stylish. Easy for everyday wear.

Pop of Color

Who else feels they forgot how to walk in heels with this quarantine? So guilty of this! I always love adding pops of colors with my accessories to make my outfits fun and bright. I’ve been all over the square toe shoe trend the moment I spotted these Steve Madden heels. A simple detail like that takes your shoe game to a whole different level. Before I commit to that price tag, I wanted to try a more budget friendly option. Happy I found these! They also come in black.

Of course I had to thrown in an all white look! I have been obsessed with these lace white shorts for a couple of summers now. Every summer I am excited to create new outfits with it. This time it was the perfect item to add to an all white look. The lace detail makes it special! Unfortunately, being that these shorts are about 4ish years old, I couldn’t link this exact pair. But I’ve found similar options down below. Besides the shorts, I kept everything the same from the first outfit and just changed up the heels for flat sandals and added some gold accessories.

Outdoor Dining Ready

Every state has slowly but surely lifted restrictions with what we are allow to do. This past week outdoor dining was lifted in my area. I have yet to go out for a dinner, but that isn’t stopping me from already creating outfits. Always stay ahead of the game ladies! I’m already imaging how chic this look will be with a cold rose in my hand while eating a steak at my favorite restaurant #goals! I wanted to keep everything minimal and add dramatic earrings and clear shoes for the perfect summer white evening look.
