Hi loves,
Who likes pumpkin spice and everything nice? I actually don’t like pumpkin flavor or coffee for that matter, but I do like the color! Rust has become to be a great neutral color for fall and I just love it! It looks great on every skin tone by warming up your complexion. Who thought I can have a summer glow by just wearing rust in fall?
I have to be honest, I was never a huge fan of suede other than in shoes. If I look at my fall wardrobe, I only have two suede items. One of them are leggings that got ruined and now they became my house clothes (clothes I wear when at home, but wouldn’t even dare check my mail in them). And recently this rust dress. Suede is kind of a tricky fabric, it can literally show every angle… some good…. But mostly bad. If you feel this way about suede, go for a shift dress instead. Not clingy. Doesn’t show every angle of your body. Plus, it’s the prefect fabric for fall!!
Since a shift dress can easily make you loose your shape, I added a denim jacket which always does the trick. By adding this denim jacket I realized how pretty this color combination is. Clearly I’ve been about color combos lately! I knew the jacket wasn’t enough and went for a pair of open toe blue booties instead 😉 Finished my look with sliver jewelry and a crossbody bag.
Are you into the color rust? How you feel about a suede dress?
