Summer Trend: Satin Maxi

As I mentioned in my summer wardrobe essential post, a satin dress is a wardrobe must have! And I know what you may be thinking satin dress equals a sweaty mess. Listen I would never want you walking around in a sweaty dress just because its in trend. There is no trend worth that mess! You just have to find the right satin dress because I promise they are out there. And once you find one, you’ll be searching for more satin pieces to add to your wardrobe like I am currently doing. 

This beautiful navy floral satin dress is where it’s all at. And the best part about it, it’s actually not made from satin material. It just looks silky and shiny. And guys so light weight! Perfect for this time of the year. The material doesn’t stick to your skin showing every little detail you rather leave out. Love the flowy style and ruffles on this dress. I normally don’t go for navy. Maybe it was the years I spend wearing a navy uniform for school that has made that color one I never usually gravitate towards. But with the hints of mustard and gold, it’s making this dress a must have item for sure! Now that I’ve found the perfect satin maxi, this mama has to find the perfect satin jumpsuit 😉
