Hi loves,
I am all about saving a buck! If I can find a hairspray for $7 that I truly love over my usual Big Sexy Hair Hairspray that’s $19 guess what I am going to pick. Now days anything under $10 might be hard to find! There are those products which are your holy grail and that’s fine… but for those products that you don’t mind switching up every once in a while, it feels great when you find it for just a couple of bucks! All these products were purchased in Jan, which I feel is enough time to test them out and give my honest opinion on them.
Amazing!! Who would of thought Targets Up & Up face scrub works like magic? My face feels smooth and clean, but the way it makes my foundation look afterwards…. Flawless
2. Fig + Moss Whipped Pink Salt Scrub
I think you can tell I’m all about scrubs 😉 I tend to have dry skin during Spring and Summer and I need to use a body scrub a couple of times a week. This is one of those products in which I like to try different brands out. This scrub doesn’t leave you oily rather it leaves you felling moisturized.
3. NYX Professional Makeup Setting Spray Matte Finish
Am I the only person who has dry skin and a oily face? If there’s something I can’t stand is looking in the mirror 2 hours after putting my makeup and looking like a grease ball!!! I don’t usually reapply makeup during the day, so a setting spray is essential! I usually go for Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray, which I LOVE, but after trying this baby out, I can say I like it better! It leaves you matte, but not cakey.
4. Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula Body Lotion
I moisturized everyday, even in the summer time. My body needs it! But nobody has time to sit there and wait for your lotion to dry. This coconut lotion leaves your skin feeling smooth and dry… Plus, the smell is right up my alley.
5. Garnier SkinActive Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream
When my esthetician suggested I should go for a moisture lock face cream, I thought she was crazy. If I have oily skin I should most definitely avoid anything that has the name moisture on it! But it is so false! Believe it or not, us oily girls still need that moisture our skin requires. Since Garnier SkinActive Refreshing cream is a gel, it locks the moisture in which keeps your skin hydrating without the greasiness.
6. Sally Hansen Color Therapy Nail Polish – Steely Serene
I was looking for my spring nude nail color that was more greyish than brown and I found that prefect nude. Lets just say I’ve wearing it non-stop. I didn’t noticed when I picked it up that it was made with argan oil and I seriously thought how silly it was. But I have to say I was very impressed with how long they lasted. Usually nail polish last me 2 to 3 days (there’s lots of cleaning with 3 littles ones), but this nail polish last me 5 to 7 days and that folks is a shocker!
7. Sephora Collection Colorful Blush – Sweet On You
The prefect coral blush for spring! I use to think corals looked better on lighter skin tones and was afraid it would make my olive skin tone too yellow. This is a soft, buildable blush, that can work with many skin tones to give you more of a peachy color. This is the only blush I’ve been using everyday since I bought it, whether I was going for a smoky eye or adding some color to my lids.
8. Maybelline Lip Studio Color Blur – My-My Magenta
I’ve mentioned before, I can never have too many lippies… nope! My husband tells me all the time I have a collection that can last 4 lifetimes and he’s kinda right. If there’s a color I always go for is purple! I love the color, specially when my hair was red. Maybelline’s Lip Studio Color Blur gives you a semi-matte finish, your lips feel soft plus, the color last.
9. L’Oréal Voluminous Volume Building Curved Mascara
Most of my mascaras come from a drug store. I love my Better Than Sex Mascara like no other, but I can’t denied my love for the cheaper brands. L’Oréal makes the best mascaras! I have never been disappointed with them. If you like bold, long, voluminous lashes than this is your guy!
10. Pantene Pro-V Air Hairspray
I was very curious to see what an Air Hairspray was all about. I had just finished my fav and was looking for a new one. I like my hairsprays to definitely have a hold, not be flaky, and still have manageable hair. I don’t like the look or feel of my hair being crunchy or hard as a rock. Pantene Pro-V Air Hairspray holds my curls in place and I can restyle my hair after use.
What are your favorite beauty products under $10?
Have a great week,

You are not the only one with dry skin and an oily face. I thought I must be. My face is horribly oily. I am for sure going to pick up some of these products. Thanks for sharing them.
Isn’t it the weirdest thing ever!! Happy to know I am not the only one with this struggle
