Fall Stripes + Thursday Fashion Files Linkup

A fall wardrobe isn’t complete without a stripe top, am I the only one that believe this? You can dress up your stripe top or wear it causal so many different ways, its endless! From styling them with your boots to sneakers, skirts or jeans, work to weekends, it just goes with everything! Stripes is a trend that will never go out of style and therefore will always be a classic! I usually stick with the usual black and white stripes, specially for the cooler months. I find colorful stripes or blue and white tend to have more of a summer feel. Last month I share on Instagram my new love with these shoes! They are a zebra print fringe heels, that literally inspire me to go all in with stripes.

I went for a more layering look to style my stripe top. This olive vest is my go-to layering piece when the weather is too warm for an actual jacket. I love the pockets and the cozy feel it gives my look. I also decided to go with some layering necklaces! Sometimes when I want a statement necklace to complete my look, I go for layering pieces. They can create that statement look to any outfit. To finish my look I went for this edgy fringe bracelet (which I am currently obsessed with).

How do you style a stripe top for Fall?

I have been out of commission for the past two days with a horrible cold. Every inch of my body was achy. You have no idea how good it feels to be somewhat back to normal today, because I literally felt like the NyQuil commercial… Mom’s don’t take sick days!!
