Casual Valentine’s Day Look

Okay, I’ll admit… I’ve been wearing sequins a lot lately, but I can’t help it 🙂 Sequins makes me happy, they brighten my mood a bit and they are just fun! What I love most about them is that they are a statement piece, which you can get away with not adding any jewelry and not look plain. I always feel the need to add some type of bling to my outfits otherwise I feel naked, but with sequins it’s a done deal.

With Valentine’s Day soon approaching us, I figured I’ll share two easy to create looks using pieces you already own. What girl doesn’t love a good pair of leggings? The days when leggings were only for the gym are gone. Those high-waist, tummy control leggings aren’t just for Target runs (similar options down below), you can easily dress them up for a night out all while keeping the look casual! I went with a red tunic with pocket sequins, tucked in to create a top and added a leather jacket with a pair of over the knee boots. No heels, no fancy jewelry… just a casual, but put together Valentine’s Day look!
