Brunch and Champagne is the type of life I want to live this summer, who’s with me? If only everyday was Saturday! A day spend with the girls, drinking mimosas, eating croissants right in the patio, talking about the latest fashion trends and whether or not to buy those pink wedges that has been on your wishlist for far too long… My day tends to be more like work, mom life, chores and convincing my kids they still have a bedtime even though its summer vacation, but a girl can dream, right?
Lately I’ve been all about graphic tops, I can’t help it! When we received this fun bodysuit I was trying my best not to keep one, but the moment I put it on… it was over! The material is so soft and comfortable, it isn’t one of those bodysuit where its so tight and uncomfortable you end up with a wedgie all day;) I know I’m not the only one that has experience this!
For a person who hardly ever wear shorts, lately I’ve been giving them some love. These dark wash, distressed denim have the perfect fit, not too tight and they are mid rise which goes perfect with any crop tops or bodysuits. If I am wearing a tuck in top, I prefer my bottoms to either be high waist or mid rise. I feel these types of bottoms give off a clean look. Finished my look with my favorite accessories at the moment, gold and brown are my go-to! I’ve never been such a huge fan of belts, but this double circle belt caught eye and I just needed it in my collection. I love the detail of the buckle and the price made that decision easy to make.

It’s going to be a hot weekend and I love it! I am one of those rare people that love 90 degree weather. Ready for boat rides and lake trips! Have a wonderful weekend,

This is such a perfect outfit for the hot weather ahead of us! It’s going to be 105 in my neck of the woods this weekend and I am miserable! I am trying do all my errands in the morning before the heat arrives and this outfit is what I need! Brunch sounds like fun though. Too bad my bestie live 6 hours away! More food for me I guess. Mel, I love this outfit! You are totally ready for brunch and champagne on the porch. I will join that dream world with you! Except I also have kids to convince they have a bed time and chores to do among other things..not just sitting on their butts playing kindles all summer long! Totally rocking this look for summer. Your dream life sounds pretty sweet but I bet we would miss the hustle and bustle of mom life, LOL. Yes, the bodysuit totally rises in the wrong places but I love the sleek look it provides. Lately, I’ve been tucking it in, giving the illusion of the sleekness but not buttoning the bottom.
