Hi loves,
Every year I tell myself next September I will attend New York fashion week, but it just never happens. NYFW falls around the same time my kids go back to school. I swear the first two weeks of school is chaos! Everyone (including us parents) have a new schedule, theres a gazillions papers we have to sign, sports, activities, the list can go on and on. Even though I didn’t attend, I was able to enjoy the runway while on my PJ’s with a glass of wine.
One designer that stood out to me the most was Brandon Maxwell! His pieces were so feminine, bold and chic. I love every single piece! Outfits you see those #girlboss wear. I would love to fast forward to spring 🙂
Since I’ve found his line to be very inspiring, I’m already planning some outfits in my head since every piece is realistic to the everyday woman. Of course, I had to share my favorite picks of the evening!
I became obsessed with red and pink color combination early this summer, so I am happy to see its here to stay. Two gorgeous colors that can hype your outfit easily creating a powerful feminine look!
All white outfit is my thing you guys! I could wear this look year around, regardless of the occasion! I am also loving the blazer and pants look. Years ago this outfit will be strictly office wear, now its a trendy.
Summer went by so quickly (like always) and I noticed I did not rock a yellow look. A few years ago yellow was my new found love! It goes so well for us ladies with olive skin.
Who would of thought after years and years exploring with colors, red is the color that looks best for my skin tone. Again, I love this menswear in such a bold color!!
Look at that cape! Yes PLEASE! Anytime I wear a cape look, I truly feel like super women! I know some may feel overwhelmed by this trend, but I suggest trying it out you may end up obsessing over it like me.
Were you able to attend NY Fashion Week? Which of Maxwell’s spring pieces is your fav?

I love these pieces as well! I totally agree that his collection is super feminine and bold, and that is what I love about it too. I understand the struggle of wanting to go to fashion week but being busy as a mom. Hopefully you will be able to go next year.
Thank you for linking up this week!
