I love all types of hats regardless of the season! Winter hats, floppy hats I think they add something extra to your outfit. Here’s the problem, I don’t find myself to be a hat person. Hats were always something I found so stylish on everyone but myself. And even so, deep down I always wish I was a hat person!
This summer while doing some shopping a stumble on this Pom Pom fedora hat (which is under $21!) and was immediately drawn to it. It isn’t too basic, yet with its design it’s sort of a classic.
Hats Looks Good on Everyone
Hats are sort of like jeans, they look great on everyone, you just have to find the right style that goes with your shape and frame.
At First You Feel So Weird…
I kept asking everyone “you’re sure it looks good?” It takes a while for it to sink in that it actually goes with you.
Play Dress Up
Trying a new styles, requires playing dress up! Try different hats and styles. There’s always one that fits a bit more like you!
Hat + Basic = Perfection
For my ladies that are extra like me 😉 hats can create that extra look without all the work! They jazz up any basic pieces you have in your wardrobe.
Don’t Over Do It With Accessories
You really don’t have to! Limited your accessories or go for danity jewelry instead.
Confidence
That word again… I know, but it’s the truth! When your confident in you’re outfit it shows. Your body language shows if you like it or if you don’t. And why not go for something that makes you feel good? Own that look. Adding this hat makes me feel like my outfit just got ten times better #slaying that look
How to you feel about hats?
This is my 4 time wearing this hat in a week, so much for thinking I’m not a hat person! Even my oldest is catching on, she thinks I’m being too extra! And I keep reminding her, it isn’t such a bad thing after all!

I’ve always loved hats but it can be a bit intimidating. I agree you just have to start wearing them and get comfortable with them. You look adorable.
Such a cute look! I think everyone struggles with wearing hats. They are definitely attention getters! I’ve collected a slew of hats over the years and people always tell me I look good in hats, but I always feel a little uncomfortable when I wear one.
I think there are hats for everyone~!! They add so much interest to an outfit—not to say the least about sun protection!!

First off, I LOVE your outfit! Second, I so relate to not initially being a hat person. Several years ago my husband bought a convertible. I have super baby-fine, blowy hair. This meant I either had to constantly wear a ponytail OR I could learn to embrace hats. And thankfully I have. Still don’t wear them much in the winter but really love the extra bit they add to summer outfits! Happy weekend!

I’m not a hat person either – to be honest I always hated hats and last time I wore one was in primary school, but then… You know the theory that our style and preferences change with age? Apparently I love hats now! Maybe not on myself, but I love watching outfits with great hats like yours. Especially that nowadays it’s so sunny it’s very difficult to keep up with the day without one. Looking great btw, love the dress.
