Hi loves,
If you step into my closet you’ll see I am a big fan of color, but even a bigger fan of nude! Nude to me is more than a basic color, but a color you can maximize the heck out of it! And as much as I consider shopping to be an area where my expertise is amazing (the hubby would totally agree), I also consider the potential of an item when it comes to what I buy. How many times can I wear it? How many looks can I create with it? And nude unlike black, pairs with any color or print. This season I added two nude dresses I am COMPLETELY obsessed with.

One of my favorite jobs as a boutique owner is naming clothing. It may sound weird, but every single item we get in has its own story as well as a name. And of course I had to name this after me 😉 This knit is lightweight so you can wear right through summer without being see through. Nothing is worst than a lightweight nude dress that with the right amount of sun, everyone can see what Jesus blessed you with… no bueno! Love the waist drawstring and side slits.

Jen Sleeveless Ruched Cotton Dress
Let’s have a moment and thank the universe for side ruching! This baby will camouflage you in all the right areas, giving you that Jlo body has if you were working out with her trainer!! For those who are looking to hide your midsection or for those looking to highlight more curves, side ruching is what you need. The fabric on this dress is incredibly soft and super stretchy which makes it perfect for those warmer days ahead. Plus, the asymmetrical hemline is a total special add on.

These are fantastic dresses, Mel! You wear both of them really well. I particularly like the second body con style one. Super sassy and elegant! Thanks for linking.
