Today I have 2 outfit ideas for Thanksgiving. For Thanksgiving we travel to both of my in-laws, one is early so basically Thanksgiving lunch and the other dinner. In the past years, I have taken two completely different looks. For my mother-in-law lunch, everyone seems to be more laid back, while in my father-in-law everyone dresses up more. And well I want to be able to look the part.
I love creating looks were you can wear them different ways. Besides it helps me shop in my closet, it’s also time-saving. My two main focus for this look is metallic pink pumps and a flowery blouse. These are the items I made my outfit around.
For a more laid-back but yet stylish I picked this outfit to wear.
When I first saw these pants I thought… what in the world? What are these exactly.. Pants? Sweats? They are a combination of BOTH! They feel comfortable like sweatpants, but look so chic. The best of both worlds I tell you. Another awesome thing about these pants is that they are loose fitting and lets be honest, Thanksgiving is a day where your diet takes a back seat and you might just have an extra piece of pie. These pants are a must have.. plus they are on sale!
For a more glamour look, add a metallic skirt.
To change my outfit for dinner, all I did was just change the bottoms into a flowy skirt. This skirt has a metallic lace, that makes it prefect for the holidays. Also, being that it is flowy, it works well being able to eat your feast without having to worry about the way you look.
This look is very easy to accomplish and gives you two looks in one, they are also great for upcoming holiday parties and dinners.
